Recommend it for couples looking for a good stay
I went for the superior room which was spacious and had a large comfy bed. The staff did something special for my birthday, left a few personal touches in my room. It was very thoughtful

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cozy rooftop terrace and the free coffee in the 10th-floor lounge. The pool was a great way to unwind after a long day, so I made sure to spend some time there. The only hiccup was the WiFi signal being a bit weak in my room, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot! ☕️

We had a lovely family stay at the hotel, with easy access to Murray Hill's vibrant dining and nightlife. The staff went above and beyond, providing quick assistance, which was crucial after our late arrival. A standout experience was the invaluable help I received from the staff regarding train directions while exploring Times Square with my mum.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

Marcel at Gramercy is a culinary wonder, with killer eats just around the corner! Jimmy's House served me some of the best local comfort food I've ever had, and the vibes at Natsumi Tapas were lit. Plus, my Deluxe King Room hit all the right notes with a spacious layout and a rooftop lounge that kept the good times rolling.

i had a wonderful stay at marcel at gramercy. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything except places needing a ferry or tunnel. the complimentary snack time from 4-6 pm was a nice touch, and the lounge on the 10th floor offered tea and coffee all day. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the doorman mohamed, who was so helpful.

The room was cozy and well-designed, with a nice King Size bed. Plenty of space to chill out, although I wished there were more drawers for storage. The bathroom was immaculate and the soaking tub was a great touch. Just a heads up, the floors felt a bit uneven in places, but it didn't spoil the comfort. Overall, a comfy place to rest after a day in the city.

We had a fantastic stay with friends! The location was perfect, close to eateries and nightlife. We loved hitting up Patrizia's for delicious Italian. The lounge area, with its great view, was a highlight during our downtime. Staff were super helpful and made our stay feel special.
The room was small, and the AC wasn't ideal. We had to turn it off for better comfort.

Perfect for a quick getaway!
Just took my daughter for a fun weekend in the city. The staff was super friendly and our room was spotless. The decor vibes were sweet and we loved hanging out at the bar downstairs. Only thing, the elevator took a bit too long at times. Overall, I’d totally recommend it!
